How to Make Greek Yogurt Popsicles
Ingredients:
32 oz organic full-fat Greek yogurt
Maple syrup to taste (I used a little less than ½ cup)
1 tbsp vanilla extract
Fresh strawberries or other fruit, sliced
Instructions:
In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla. Stir until smooth.
Drop sliced fruit into your popsicle molds.
Pour the yogurt mixture over the fruit, filling each mold.
Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 3 hours (overnight is best!).
Once frozen, pop them out and enjoy a creamy, delicious, and healthy treat! 🍓🍦
